I make my living as a cohost with Fitz in The Morning on The Wolf in Seattle & Portland. Being a counselor didn't stop me from hitting a midlife crisis. No I didn't go chase young women, because my marriage was the only thing I felt I had done right! I began questioning everything else from my self-worth to my spiritual beliefs. This lead to extreme anxiety, depression, and soul searching. My goal for this blog is to share my journey in hopes that it will help you better navigate this interesting time in life.
