We are seeking the following:
• Patients diagnosed with Fibromyalgia whom would be willing to share their story and provide feedback on the challenges they face in living with this debilitating condition.
• If you are a Rheumatologist, Primary Care Doctor or other type of healthcare provider with an interest in working with Fibromyalgia patients, we would like your feedback on best practices for eliminating chronic pain, fatigue, memory loss and improving sleep.
Based on what I’ve learned from being a Fibromyalgia patient, and as well as other research I have done, I have gained an appreciation of just how intrusive and debilitating this disease can be.
I am now on a quest to help other patients become educated and engaged in their understanding of Fibromyalgia.
