Show Description
Welcome to something that's about to change history for human rights as we know it.. my name is Suzanne Perry. Im a domestic violence victim advocate.. my husband tortured me for 22 years.. I left and returned 3 times then married him.
Those of you who were in a relationship like this are all too familiar with the leaving/returning cycle... and for those of you who dont know, this show will give insight and answers to help you understand 'how it works.'
How do strong, independent people end up enslaved and a puppet? Why and how did the perpetrators gain all that power? "Why didnt you just leave ... Why did you stay.." and many more questions answered, to give you real cases, real facts and what government is and isnt doing, because this forum bears it all.
Not paid by politicians to be quiet, not threatened by bullies to say or not to say ... or endorse or not... isnt happening here. This show is the brass tacks, the real deal, from all types of people in all types of situations.. Hear from officials, from victims, from survivors, psychologists and agencies .. giving us education which increases our power.. with these tools we can move forward - as a WORLD, to educate, prevent, intervene and ereadicate domestic violence and abuse which is not only limited to a dating relationship, but includes victimization by persons placed in authority, ie parents, caretakers, persons of religious power, leaders, teachers and other family members.
