We are seeking guests linked to comic book writers and artists, game developers, actors and directors from superhero/comic t.v. Shows and films.
People like Kevin Smith, The "Comic Book Men", Actors from "Arrow", "The Flash" and "Gotham" also would be what we are looking for. We would also be interested in people from Impractical Jokers. Ideally we would be happy with anyone who has a respectable public image and is somehow connected to pop culture, gaming and/or comics. Our show is fairly new, but growing.

The Nerd is the Werd Podcast is a pop culture with a special focus on gaming, comic books and superhero related T.V. And Film. Based out of South Bend, IN, the podcast is hosted by Dan and Jordan and embodies a "by fans, for fans" mentality. Dan has a background in broadcasting, working as an on-air radio host at an active rock station in the area. Jordan is long time friend of Dan and learning the tools of the trade. The 2 are long time fans of comics, gaming and pop culture who have a strong passion and connection to the topics. With a new website, expanding into Stitcher and iTunes and a growing presence, the podcast is gaining growth and momentum. Guests would be treated as a top priority and their appearance on the show would be heavily promoted. We believe that guests who appear on the show will be viewed by avid fans in a great light and will be talked about for many episodes to come. We have launched a self hosted webpage and are striving to expand. We seek to offer our fans a show built off their input helping them feel empowered and involved. Because of this any guests who appear on our show would not only being helping in the growth process, but would show they support their fans. Coming onto a fan centered, up and coming podcast would shake off the idea many people often get that once someone is "famous" or a "celeb" they get to big for their fans or small shows. | |

| Audience Demographics for Your Show: * | Mainly males between 18-45, however we do have a fair female audience in the same age range. The majority of listeners are avid comic book readers and gamers with disposable income. The majority of listeners are located in Indiana, however we do have some listeners from Illinois, Michigan and California. Our listeners are also a fairly active audience, attending several comic cons, comic shop events and other similar events. |

We published 11 episodes with SoundCloud and had just under 450 plays. We average around 50 consistent plays per episode with a sporadic amount of listeners per episode beyond those 50. |

We are on Eastern Standard time. We record in a self made recording booth, and have been recording 2 episodes a month but are going to be recording more frequently beginning in mid June. We have began hosting our podcast on our website, are in Stitcher and are also awaiting approval for our show in iTunes and Double Twist. |
