Many people suffer from Hypothyroidism without realizing it. This can lead to unnecessary suffering or mistreatment as symptoms are mis-diagnoised.
Having personal experience as a layperson, I am seeking a wellness / health expert to discuss this issue with and share information that may help someone ask the right questions to get the right help. I need someone who can provide comprehensive information on thyroid issues, its role in health (adrenals/hypothalmus loop) , weight gain, stress, etc and to share information on good practice for self-care.
