We do not encourage this but if you charge for interviews, ask for co-promotions, request "donations", or have other expectations of your guests, what are they and what do guests get back?
There is no charge for interviews. However, if the guest is an author and we are discussing their book(s), it is REQUIRED that a copy of their book is provided at least two weeks in advance. E-versions are acceptable.
