Discussion of topics that cause us mental or emotional struggles in our lives. Previous guests have been able to discuss their experiences with suicide or death of a loved one, advocacy for mental health, use of comedy to deal with mental illness, cultural differences and mental health, family violence, teen issues, mental health of law enforcement, raising children with special needs, racism, goal setting....Guests represent mental health therapists, nurse practitioners, comedians, teachers, behavioral specialists, veterans, spouses, people with disability, and who have various mental health diagnoses. I attempt to build the broadcast around the guest which allows them to share their expertise. It is the combination of a guest co-host and interviewee experience. Everyone has left stating what a great time they had. I play a variety of positive, upbeat music from all genres during the two hour broadcast to facilitate the flow. Although we discuss serious topics, the vibe and interaction is very light with a set goal. | |

The show is global, and I also broadcast through the Facebook page on FB Live. The target demographic is women between 25-54. Facebook analytics reflect main demographic of women between ages 38-54, representing 68% of listeners. |
