Between The Lines seeks guests who are willing to share where and how to get speaking gigs or engagements.
This includes live, face to face and online; free and paid. Many authors wish to increase their visibility, market penetration, credibility and expand into speaking as a form of revenue generation and need to learn from those who have been there and done that to share their journey. So established Speakers, persons from Speaker Bureaus or anyone related to the speaking industry is being asked to submit their information for being a guest on my show.

A minimal charge of USD5.00 for 30 min airtime is required to be a guest on my show. It takes a lot of preparation to have a smooth and engaging show and after years of producing great content for listeners, it was felt necessary to change the business model from all free to a minimal payment. Also, some of our guests, while they enjoy being on the show, did not actively participate in the promotion and work it takes to make it a win win for both sides- the host and the guest. Therefore,it was believed that some sort of commitment and reduction of no shows (though that wasn't really a challenge), must be on the part of the guest for the work that is involved to be taken seriously on both sides. | |
