I'm looking for guests (authors, experts, etc.) who can help our audience in one of the following:
- tips for new managers on how to transition into their first leadership role
- tips for managers on how to become more effective with engaging employees, becoming more productive, more organized, etc.
- productivity tips for solo-preneurs
Show Description
A radio show intended primarily to managers and leaders; as well as to aspiring leaders. The main goal of the show is to help leaders become more productive, more effective, and help them improve communication and conflict management skills.

The show is always more heavily promoted after the recording. If anyone wants to promote the show prior to the live show, all power to them - that's an option too.

The show airs on Thursdays at 2:00 pm EST. 45-minutes to 1-hour shows Talk-shaw format. You provide the questions, but the host might ask spin-off questions off your answers. Light show: serious topic, but humor is always a GREAT PLUS
