We live in a world where our self-esteem and confidence is constantly put to the test. Jonny Pardoe experienced this for many years, too.

A lack of self-esteem and confidence is learned. This has a knock-on into the rest of our lives and others. Jonny realized he would continually do everything in his power to boost his own self-esteem.

Still, Jonny realized many others need help with this, too. His existing writing, coaching, and personal growth then began to focus on this area. Jonny shares on his social media, podcast, and resources on how others can improve their self-esteem and confidence, too.

Jonny Pardoe had many setbacks and rejections in the job world, social world, dating world, and other areas, but when his self-esteem got so low, he knew he had to change it. Jonny started to read up and always watch/listen to so many self-esteem and confidence sources. He still does to this day.

Jonny could see it was a problem for others around him, and so he became a coach. Jonny has helped people with a variety of struggles to improve theirs. 

Improving your self-esteem and confidence is critical; without it, it causes a negative knock-on all areas of your life and others around you. The question is how?
