For Rafael - 45 yo and older

My personal interest is mechanical design engineers that use SolidWorks mechanical engineers who focus on product design or medical devices.

The optimal guest is someone who has a large network (over 5K followers on social media), and has something interesting/insightful to share with our audience.

Engineers who are YouTubers would be great since they have a following.

For Aaron: engineers or engineer-adjacent roles (so could be a machinist, or a technician, etc...people who work with or influence engineering

Social Media Following (IDEAL)

2K followers on YT,

2K followers on Facebook "fan page"

3K followers on IG

Linkedin doesn't count, unless they get over 100 "likes" on their posts, average or they have 1000 followers
